Heavy Equipment Operators

We are seeking reliable and skilled Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and inspecting various types of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a variety of machinery and equipment, including [but not limited to] excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, water trucks, plow trucks, articulated rock trucks, etc.

  • Perform routine maintenance checks and report any malfunctions or damages.

  • Ensure safe operation by following company safety policies and procedures.

  • Load, unload, and transport materials as instructed.

  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid equipment operator certification or license (if applicable).

  • Proven experience operating heavy machinery or relevant equipment.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Preferred Skills:
  • Troubleshooting and minor repair skills for equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals.

  • Teamwork and communication skills.

Mechanics - Heavy Duty
Truck & Coach
Millwright
Automotive

We are seeking skilled and dependable Mechanics to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in heavy-duty equipment, truck and coach, millwright, or automotive repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, machinery, and equipment while ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across various types of equipment and vehicles.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, and/or automotive systems.

  • Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.

  • Complete preventative maintenance services to minimize downtime.

  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Valid certification or license in a relevant trade (e.g., Heavy Duty Equipment Technician, Truck & Coach Technician, Millwright, or Automotive Service Technician) or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in mechanical repair and maintenance.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

  • Commitment to workplace safety and best practices.

  • Valid driver’s license (Class requirements may vary depending on role).

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with diagnostic software and modern repair tools.

  • Welding and fabrication experience (an asset).

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping skills.
